Bill Hill (best known as William Hill) Has had a long career developing famous vineyards and farming them to make great wine.  He created two wine companies to produce state-of-the wine under two concepts.  They are:
•       Prime Solum.  This company produces top quality Bordeaux reds from elite mountain vineyards in Napa Valley, including Bill’s home ranch, Brokenrock Vineyard.
•       Expression 38°.  This company produces Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from elite vineyards in Sonoma, Mendocino, and other coastal areas.  Often the vineyards were designed and developed by Bill.

Position Title: Membership Services Ambassador

Position Description: JOB SUMMARY:
The Membership Services Ambassador supports Wine Club membership and provides excellent customer services in building relationships and ensuring retention. Promotes the Chappellet brand to all Wine Club members.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•       Provides exceptional customer service and ensures all guests have a wonderful experience from start to finish (ensure high-touch guest experiences).
•       Maintains a professional, customer service-oriented focused on brand awareness and wine club memberships.
•       Supports all wine club shipments from order processing and fulfillment to excellent customer service throughout.
•       Promotes the wine club by educating guests about Chappellet and what makes Chappellet club membership unique.
•       Priority to provide and maintain a positive customer relationship with ongoing communications with members including: expediting shipping, discounts on shipping, wine sales campaigns, etc.
•       Ensures all telephone and email inquiries, orders, requests or complaints from members in an accurate, timely and customer centric manner.
•       Builds relationships with existing club members and proactively looks for new opportunities to add to existing memberships.
•       Supports the plan to recoup declined club orders and contact club members with outdated contact information.
•       Ensures welcome kits are properly set up and sent out regularly.
•       Assists with implementation of programs to grow Wine Club membership and increase retention rate.
•       Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various state shipping laws
•       In conjunction with the DTC Team, assists with all club events both onsite throughout the year. Offsite events are staffed as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•       Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. CMS or WSET certifications a plus.
•       Experience:  Two plus years’ prior experience required in wine, beverage or hospitality industry
•       Outstanding customer service skills – takes pride in membership experiences and drives engagement
•       Solid knowledge of wine and wine production – shares passion of Chappellet wines and history
•       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•       Positive, energetic, and solution-oriented; focused on delivering excellence for club members
•       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•       Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through with projects
